Once you’ve added a playbook or gotten one started with AI – it’s time to enhance the playbook to bring it to life with your company wisdom. In PlaybookBuilder you can truly put your unique mark on your training by adding a broad range of “assets” to your playbook steps that will engage and enhance your learner’s experience.

Step One: Edit a Step
To the right of each step name is a pencil icon to edit it. Click there to get started.
Step Two: Edit Step Name and the Text
Each step has a text field that allows you to write or paste content into.
Rule of thumb: Don’t go over two paragraphs of text unless you really have to. Short text is easier for the learner and if you need to put a LOT of text into this step consider attaching it as a PDF.
Step 3: Add Assets to Steps
Now we’re at the fun part. To enhance the learner’s experience you can add several different types of asset to each step.
- Multiple files
- Multiple videos
- Qr Codes
- Links to outside websites
- Quiz/Surveys
- Task Lists
