We love your users just as much as you do. So we built them their very own dashboard. Now when a new user visits the landing page, they have a beautiful and customizable dashboard to help them do FOUR valuable functions. We’ll cover all four in this post.
ONE: MY RECENT ACTIVITY
Pick Up Where I Left Off
When a User visits this portion of the dashboard then can view a list of the various assets in the Playbook they’ve interacted with or haven’t or merely click Continue to pick up where they left off.
TWO: MY BOOKMARKS
Click a bookmark and return to that specific spot in the playbook.
How to Add a Bookmark?
It’s super easy AND helpful to create bookmarks in PlaybookBuilder. Anywhere you see the Bookmark Icon you can create a unique link that will show up in the User’s Dashboard as a Bookmark. Take a peek at just how easy.
THREE: MY ALERTS
This one is pretty intuitive – if you add this User to an Alert it will show up here in addition to the top Alert Icon, in their email, or on their phone if you’ve sent a text message.
This is pretty cool…Your User can even convert this Alert into a Task by clicking on it and then clicking “Convert to Task”! Helpful?
FOUR: MY TASKS
The last element of the User’s Dashboard is a handy Task Maker. A User can create a task from scratch with a note and a deadline. They can see active Tasks or a list of the Completed Tasks.
